Passenger Transport Company granted honor title of
“Stars of passenger transport” and prizes to 12 employees
On Dec.28, Passenger Transport Company held the first awarding conference to “elite star of subway transport”, granting honor title of “Stars of passenger transport” and prizes to 12 employees. Ma Runhai, Deputy Director of Capital Civilization Office, Deng Xianwen of Publicity Section of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Lu Yuezhen, head of the Subway Assessment Group, Wang Dexing, Secretary of CPC Subway Company Committee and Board Chairman of the company, Xie Zhengguang, General Manager of the company, and Vice Secretary of CPC Subway Company Committee as well as other leaders attended the awarding conference, and granted prizes to the 12 employees with the honor title of “Stars of passenger transport”.
The selection of “Stars of passenger transport” won the enthusiastic support and participation of the whole staff. After employee recommendation, voting, and selection, 12 stars of passenger transport were selected. The advanced 12 stars display the excellent quality of devotion of subway passenger transport employees and their progressing and pragmatic spirit of the times in constructing new subway. With practical action, they have forged the painstaking, devoted, and innovative spirit for passenger transport.
Of these stars of passenger transport, Zhu Zhiying, Wang Zhaoyan, Liu Zhenping, and Liu Xia are the administrators of the stations. They work as models and pacesetters in practice with high standard. They are strict with themselves, leading employees to make efforts to finish the various tasks assigned by superior leaders. They are concerned about employee life, and set examples for grass-roots administrators. Zhang Huilan, Tan Guihua, Yan Fengli are the ticket inspectors of the stations. They are equipped with strong operation calibers and service skills, and have summarized a set of methods to check and curb waste and false tickets respectively. In the course of serving passengers, they use their service tactics and sincerity to move and influence passengers. While reducing loss to the company, they provide good service for passengers. Wang Ying is a booking clerk. She has summarized the work method of “working, observing, asking, and listening” in her practice, and teaches these methods to her colleagues initiatively, which has sped up the overall ticket sales of the station. Bu Fei and He Nan are the capable people in traffic business of Passenger Transport Company, and has won the title of Beijing economic and technical capable person many times. Based on his own work, he is surefooted to study operation carefully. He is familiar with various regulations and rules as well as the procedures for traffic operation. He is a real business backbone. Cui Ying won civilized employee pacesetter title, and was once selected as young capable person of the company. She always works overtime and treats passengers sincerely in the process of volunteer service activities and major transport tasks. Smile service is here greatest characteristic. Zhai Chunfeng is the Director of Ticket Section. She is pragmatic and brave in management and innovation in her work. She has made outstanding contributions to the completion of revenues from tickets and the improvement of ticket affairs year after year.
“Stars of passenger transport” is the highest honor in the history of the Passenger Transport Company.
