At 3:15 p.m. on May 10, Mayor Wang Qishan and other leaders came to Fuxingmen Subway Station to pay a visit to the IC card swiping, and extended their regards to the subway workers.  

Mayor Wang Qishan came to Exit A (Northwest Exit) of Fuxingmen Subway Station, asked the workers before the Card swiping machines about the IC card swiping situation today, and experienced the card swiping process with an IC card. Afterwards, Wang Qishan came to card sales and adding value offices to talk with passengers cordially. Hearing the news that subway IC card change had amounted to more than 270,000 cards, and the card swiping was smooth, Wang Qishan expressed his satisfaction, hoping Beijing Subway to summarize experience and make continuous efforts to implement IC card work well.  

Vice Mayor Ji Lin, Secretary-General Liu Xiaochen and Vice Secretary-General Li Wei of Beijing Municipal Government, Director of Municipal Traffic Commission Zhao Wenzhi, Director of Municipal Transportation Bureau Ding Baosheng, and other leaders accompanied Mayor Wang Qishan during the visit.
