On Feb.24, the Opening Ceremony for 53 students of Class A of Beijing Subway advanced research class for business administration kicked off at School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University. Wang Dexing, Secretary of CPC Beijing Subway Committee and Xie Zhengguang, General Manager of the Company, and the leaders of the School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University attended the ceremony and delivered speech.  

The Seminar is a customized training class aiming at medium managers of subway with the cooperation between Beijing Subway and the School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University. Beijing Subway will divide the total 158 medium managers into three parts, and conduct one-year management training at weekend, hoping to expand the thoughts of the medium managers, improve the theoretical knowledge, overall calibers, innovation capability, team spirit, management capability and execution capability of the managers. Through the seminar, Beijing Subway hopes to strengthen cultural construction, build learning-style enterprises, improve enterprise operation and management and core competitiveness, and ensure the successful completion of Beijing subway enterprise reform, update, reconstruction and other tasks.  

The training uses 13 MBA core modules closely related to subway enterprise development and operation and management, including management economics, management science and art, and organizational behavior management. In order to closely combine the training with the practice, there will be pertinent case analysis based on the characteristics of subway operation and management, and the situations and tasks.
