The routes for emergency evacuation of 70 Beijing subway stations were publicized to the pubic on the 11th day of the month for the first time. Starting from 9a.m in the morning, the first emergency manual for national rail traffic--Manual on Beijing Subway Emergency Safety, 200,000 in total, were distributed to passengers at the six key stations, i.e. Xidan and Wangfujing Subway Stations of Line 1, Fuxingmen, Xizhimen, Dongzhimen, Jianguomen Subway Stations of Line 2. The manual covers the contents of 12 emergency pre-warning programs, the sketch maps of 70 stations of Subway line1, line 2, line 13, and Batong Line, as well as the evacuation measures and pre-warning programs in case of fire, poisonous gas, sudden power cut and other emergency situations.
