On the morning of Sep.28, Liu Qi and other municipal leaders came to Subway Line 13 Commanding Center to inspect the preparation of subway for safe operation during National Day holiday with the accompanies of such leaders as Sun Zhengcai, Ji Lin, Liu Xiaochen, Zhao Wenzhi, and Zhou Liuqiu. Secretary Liu Qi inquired about dispatching commanding, vehicle grouping, traffic plan, operation interval, passenger transport organization, passenger traffic volume, mobile communication, and subway vehicle manufacture and other situations. Wang Dexing, Sectary and Board Chairman of Beijing Subway, Xie Zhengguang, General Manager of Beijing Subway, and Zhan Minghui, Vice General Manager of Beijing Subway made report on the issues and various preparations for subway operation during the National Day holiday of the concern of municipal leaders. Liu Qi emphasized efforts should be made to intensify safety education during holidays, especially the focus should be placed on the capability of drivers to deal with sudden incidents so as to ensure sate operation during holidays.
