On the third anniversary of successful bid for Olympics, Beijing Subway organized 120 volunteers to conduct publicity activity for civilized riding subway, elevator, card using, waiting in limit line, and queuing for subway.  

On the morning of Jul.13, Civilization Office of Subway Company organized more than 50 young volunteers from technical college to conduct publicity activity of “waiting in limit line, and queuing for subway” in Xizhimen Station and Dongzhimen Station of Line 13. Before the activity, Jia Peng, Director of Civilization Office, mobilized these volunteers, illustrated the significance of the event, and proposed seven requirements. During the activity, all the volunteers wore uniforms with the card “Supervisor of Civilized Passenger”, and led passengers to wait in line for the subway, which made passengers safer and ordered. The activity harvested good effect. Relevant leaders of operation company, passenger transport company, and stations took part in the activity.  

Communist League of CPC Subway passenger transport company organized more than 70 people in 13 stations and sections to conduct 7.13 civilized riding subway and elevator, and using card volunteer publicity activity. The theme is “devotion to the Olympics and contribution at work”. Wearing uniforms with ribbons and volunteer caps, theses volunteers stood by the platforms, elevators, and ticket-checking machines, publicizing on civilized riding subway, taking off first, and then getting on the subway, standing on the right side while riding elevators, using cards in a civilized manner, and entry and exit in good order. The activity improved subway riding order and operation order greatly, and was welcomed and appraised by passengers.
