On the morning of Nov.17, Capital Civilization Office held the Preliminary Assessment Meeting on Assessing the Work of Beijing Subway on Establishing Capital Civilized Sector. Ma Runhai, Deputy Director of Capital Civilization Office, Zhang Junming, Deputy Director of Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, He Qun, Deputy Director of Rectifying Office of Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, and other leaders as well as the members of Joint Assessment Committee of Capital Civilized Sector and the members of Subway Assessment Group attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Yaoxia, Deputy Director of Establishing Section of Capital Civilization Office.
At the meeting, Lu Yuezhen, head of the Subway Assessment Group, read the preliminary assessment report. The report covered fours aspects, i.e. relevant situations concerning the work of Subway Company on establishing capital civilized sector, major problems and disadvantages, several suggestions proposed by the Assessment Group, and the general evaluation of the subway operation sector. In accordance with the detailed rules for the assessment of capital civilized sector of Beijing Subway, the Assessment Group graded 92.025 points for subway operation sector; based on the provisions on adding score factors, the Assessment Group added 4 points; with the two combined, Beijing Subway operation sector scored 96.025 points. Other members of the Assessment Group express their opinions respectively. Besides, Deputy Director Liu Yaoxia notified the results of the survey on mass satisfaction with Beijing subway operation sector.
Qu Jianhui, member of the Assessment Committee, and Deputy Secretary-General of Municipal Consumer Association, Wang Chuansong, Director of Telephone Complaint Reception Section of Municipal Complaint Office, Hao Zhongshi, Vice Secretary of CPC Beijing Daily Group Committee, delivered their opinions respectively, and gave affirmation of the work of Subway Company on establishing capital civilized sector. Members of the Assessment Committee proposed positive and pertinent opinions and suggestions on further improving the overall service of Beijing Subway, fully exhibiting the civilized service window image of subway, and maintaining the rights and interests of passengers (consumers). He Qun, Deputy Director of Rectifying Office of Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, proposed requirements in his speech for right attitude towards achievements, research on disadvantages, intensifying rectification and reform, and passing the inspection of establishment of capital civilized sector.
Zhang Junming, Deputy Director of Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, gave affirmation of the periodical achievements Beijing Subway operation sector had obtained for the work on establishing capital civilized sector. Meanwhile, Zhang emphasized that efforts should be made to carefully implement the measures for rectification and reform. Ideologically, people should look far with higher standard and in-depth awareness so as to propel the implementation of various tasks. In terms of the standard for establishing capital civilized sector, efforts should be made to maintain first class of single project, and make progress on the overall work. In the rectification and deepening of the work on establishing capital civilized sector, efforts should be intensified to ensure the safety of operation and perfect service, and expand the coverage of the work.
Ma Runhai, Deputy Director of Capital Civilization Office and the Assessment Committee, gave highly praise of the periodical achievements Beijing Subway operation sector had obtained for the work on establishing capital civilized sector, hoping Subway Company to be clear-headed, make progress by taking advantage of the opportunity, make great efforts in operation safety, service details, harmonious management, image promotion, and long-term mechanism, expand the achievements, and ensure the subway operation sector to make historic breakthrough in establishing capital civilized sector.
Finally, Xie Zhengguang, General Manager of the Company, on behalf of the leader team and the whole staff of Subway Company, extended the sincerest gratitude. He said that the more than four months of assessment was not long, but the Assessment Group, in the form of listening, observing, inspecting, assessing, and reforming, made all-round inspection of the safety, service and management of Subway Company, pointed out the existent problems, and proposed some valuable suggestions in view of the current situations of subway operation. That is a great contributor to the improvement of the management and service of the Company, and a powerful momentum to the overall work on establishing civilized sector. He also expressed that no mater what the assessment result would be, we would be strict with us with the standard of capital civilized sector. We would promote the comprehensive work of our enterprise to a higher stage with better mental state, better service, and more scientific management, and build Subway Company into a specialized operator with government trust, passenger satisfaction, social cognition, and praise by the same sector. We would make unswerving efforts to make harmonious subway, nationally leading subway, and world top subway, and make out own contribution to build Beijing into a more beautiful metropolis.
Leaders of Subway Company Qi Shuzhi, Zhang Shuren, Li Weihong, Zhan Minghui, Xu Xiaolin, You Xingquan, Zhou Jibo, Li Shankun, Chen Aihua, and Lu Zhigang attended the meeting. Major heads of the departments and sections of administrative organs of the Company and the major heads of CPC affairs of secondary units participated in the conference.
