Article 1 In order to strengthen the management over the use of the ticket of the subway of this city and keep the order for train taking and in accordance with relevant rules of the State and the city, this rule is formulated.
Article 2 The passengers taking subway train（hereinafter referred to as passenger）shall buy ticket, show ticket to ticket collector and take the train against the ticket, as required in the relevant rule. It is prohibited to taking the train without buying ticket or with invalid ticket or fake ticket.
（1）For general single ticket, it is valid for taking train at the station where the it is bought.
（2）If a passenger takes one child under 1.2 meters to take the train, the child need not buy ticket. If a passenger takes two children both of whom are under 1.2 meters to take the train, only one of them is free from buying ticket.
（3）The disabled service man or the blind, if they hold free-taking certificate, can take the train without buying ticket. The free-taking certificate can be used only by the certificate holder. For the blind, one accompanying person of him can take the train without buying ticket.
（4）When a passenger takes the train with the volume-formed ticket that is valid for all stations, the ticket should be collected and torn off from the volume by the ticket collector. The ticket, if torn off from the volume by the passenger himself, will be regarded as invalid.。
（5）The ticket already used will be regarded as invalid and therefore shall not be used again. The tickets already sold shall be refunded.
Article 3 The passenger with monthly pass shall follow the following rules:
（1）The monthly pass shall be used in the current month by times as stipulated in relevant rules.
（2）When the passenger fail to take the monthly pass with him, he shall buy ticket as required in the rule.
（3）No monthly pass whose validity period has expired shall be used. No monthly pass, if used by a second party other than its owner, or if it has been altered, or the fake monthly pass shall be used.
Article 4 The passenger who fails to buy or use ticket as required in the rule shall pay for the ticket according to the following:
（1）If the passenger uses the monthly pass whose validity period has expired, the passenger shall pay an amount calculated from the first day of the month after the valid period of the monthly pass to the day of discovering such illegal use at the standard of four times of the price of the general single ticket sold everyday, with the total payment not exceeding RMB300yuan.
（2）The fake and altered monthly pass or the monthly pass used by any second party other than the owner of the monthly pass shall be confiscated and a fine of RMB100yuan shall be charged.
（3）Any passenger who uses fake ticket or the ticket whose validity period has expired, or does not show his ticket to ticket collector, or pass the ticket collector door without ticket shall be charged a fine at the amount of 10 times that of the price of the ticket. When the passenger pays the fine, the platform clerk shall issue the proof of fine paying  
Article 5 If the passenger disturbs the social order by failing to buy or use ticket according to the relevant rule and refusing to remedy the mistake by buying ticket or show the ticket to the ticket collector, the passenger shall be put to justice by being sent to the police station.
Article 6 This rule is approved by Beijing People’s government and will come into force on the day of its promulgation by the Municipal Management Committee.
